The Budokon Teacher Training was unbelieveable.. I was challenged physically, had intellectual conversations, met some amazing people and really got a chance to take a good look at myself, my relationships, and my own personal training and teaching style. I wasn't really sure what to expect- frankly I was pretty nervous considering Cameron's reputation in the business and not knowing if I would even physically be able to hold my own compared to other participants.
