“I believe that In the heart of every woman beats the longing to sit with her sisters, to connect deeply and to share from her most vulnerable, raw and instinctual being. However many of us have forgotten or rejected these parts of our-selves. We have become fragmented in self, divisive and disconnected from other women. I believe that the flow of life naturally guides us to where we are meant to be, and where we belong.

So much of my own healing has been through sisters, learning to receive and give feminine nurturing, fully embodying my sensuality and sexual, creative being, embracing my violence and aggression, as well as cultivating a space of harmony, and continuous recalibration of balance within self, others and nature.
