Melayne is heading off to Miami to join forces with her Budokon Miami tribe for another epic event. Let's get together BDK style on January 30th at the FMA Miami to move, learn, provoke, connect, sweat & have fun! During the two hour workshops we will explore the signature Budokon Mixed Movement Matrix with Melayne Shayne herself and beasty BDK Miami Coach Nelson Leon. Budokon combines yoga mobility, marital arts as well as animal locomotion and calisthenics. Our one and only Donato Helbling will guide us through an invigorating breath practice Wim Hot style to boost & elevate you for an inspiring movement session.
