The goal of this 2.5 hour seminar is to develop a fundamental understanding the concept of observation and activation through transitional spirals as well as crawling patterns. This workshop is open to Movers as well as Jiu-Jitsu practitioners.

We will divide the group between Black Belt and Budokon Founder Cameron Shayne for the Combat athletes to dissect how to use the patterns in both passing and defending positions in grappling.
