After six years, Cameron and Melayne Shayne return to Zürich for an immersive exploration of Budokon Yoga.

Developed over two decades, the Budokon Yoga Primary Series is a foundational pillar of the Budokon Mixed Movement Arts system. Its structured, integrative approach challenges conventional yoga practice by bringing together strength, athleticism, mobility, fluidity, coordination, and integrity.

In this 2.5-hour workshop, join Cameron Shayne, founder of Budokon, and Melayne Shayne, movement artist and Director of Budokon University, for a progressive exploration of the principles, mechanics, and philosophy behind the Budokon Yoga Primary Series. Each element is broken down and progressively integrated, creating space for both technical understanding and embodied experience.

IN THIS WORKSHOP, YOU WILL:

Explore the Budokon Yoga Primary Series
Understand the foundations of circular sequencing, intelligent transitions, and continuous movement.

Develop martial arts precision
Refine your relationship to structure, stability, directional awareness, and control within yogic movement.

Expand mobility and coordination
Explore animal locomotion and integrated movement patterns that challenge strength, agility, and athleticism.

WHO IS THIS WORKSHOP FOR?

• Yoga practitioners seeking greater depth, complexity, and a broader movement vocabulary.

• Martial artists looking to develop mobility, coordination, and transitional flow.
