There is a knowing that existed before you learned to doubt it.

A knowing carried through the body, instinct, and feeling. A quiet intelligence that reveals itself when we soften the grip of the conditioned mind and become still enough to listen.

At the heart of this intimate 3-hour Wolf Woman Experience is an invitation to reconnect with the Wise Woman within. Not defined by age, but by her relationship with her most inner knowing. Her ability to listen, discern, trust, and move through life with the wisdom of lived experience.

Wolf Pack Founder and Budokon Movement Artist Melayne Shayne (@themelayneshayne) will guide us through an embodied exploration of our instinctual intelligence. Weaving sensuality, intuitive movement, fluid Budokon Mobility floorwork, and relational exploration, we allow movement to become a language of listening, expression, and self-discovery.

Joining Melayne is Kerstin Marx (@dynamic.silence), whose work with energetic balance and the subtle intelligence of the body invites us inward. Through grounding, energetic awareness, and intuitive sensing, she opens a space where our authentic wildness can emerge naturally from within and return to a place of quiet, present strength.

Together, we journey through LISTEN · TRUST · EMBODY · COMMUNE, moving between stillness and expression, softness and strength, instinct and intuition.

A gathering of women to witness, connect, and remember that wisdom is cultivated not only within ourselves, but also through our relationships with one another.

The body becomes both the guide and the medicine. A pathway to presence, inner truth, and belonging.
