Each summer our Masters Certification Program, referred to as the Guru Killer, offers a select group of 10 students the opportunity to spend 1 month with Cameron & Melayne living the Budokon life at the Budokon Big Sky Retreat in Whitefish Montana at the base of Glacier National Park. With no light, noise, or air pollution this unique group of hand selected students should expect a massive detox from city life. For 28 days (including arrival and departure days) you will study the science, philosophy and art that is Budokon Mixed Movement & Living Arts.

You will work directly with Budokon Founder Cameron Shayne as well as Budokon University Director Melayne Shayne, with additional support from their highly educated team of assistant coaches. Your training encompasses the daily study of the renown Budokon MMA system including mixed martial arts, meditation, strength & conditioning, mobility and yoga, nutrition and conscious living. You will cover topics such as evolutionary biology, anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, meditation, pattern interruption and belief deconstruction, critical thinking and emotional intelligence. Expect a true and unparalleled life hack.

Upon completion of the training camp and final exams you will receive teaching certifications in the following 4 Budokon University courses:

BDK Yoga + BDK Mobility + BDK Yobility + BDK Combat Conditioning

TUITION & PAYMENT POLICIES

There are only 10 limited spots at BDK Montana. Due to this fact there are NO exceptions for refunds. If for any reason you need to change course dates, your payment is FULLY TRANSFERABLE with a 60 day notification of cancelation. The full tuition fee must be paid 60 days prior to TT start date.

A $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve your spot. 

INCLUDED: 27 days accommodations (shared lodging or private room upon request + extra charge), five certification programs, Personality Test Enneagram & Coaching with Melayne Shayne, all meals and transportation to and from airport.

Budokon University is located in Whitefish, Montana on a gorgeous five acre plot of land carved out from surrounding protected national forest. Surrounded only by nature the home was thoughtfully designed for retreat, recovery and a deep dive into self. 

We are just five miles from the  prestigious ski destination of Whitefish Mountain Resort. We are only ten minutes from Downtown Whitefish and Whitefish Lake City Beach. And if that not enough we are only forty five minutes from the world renown Glacier National Park .

We serve primarily 100% organic plant based meals with ethically raised grass fed meats, local fish, eggs, dairy. There is space for storing food for those with special dietary needs.
